Shipping

To which countries are your creations shipped?

We ship worldwide to ensure our products reach you wherever you are. We partner with reliable delivery companies such as Aramex and DHL.

Do you offer an express delivery service?

All our orders are shipped via express delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. However, delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods, such as new collection launches or sales. After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its delivery status.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the delivery address. Please contact us by email at alsabaibrand@gmail.com.

What happens if my package is refused or returned to the sender?

It is very important to track your package using the tracking number. If you do not check the tracking, are not home when the delivery is attempted, do not respond to messages or calls from the carrier, or do not collect the package from a delivery point, it will be returned and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided was incorrect at the time of purchase.

My package was supposed to be delivered, but I haven't received anything: what should I do?

If you haven't received your order, contact your neighbors, as packages are sometimes left there. Check your email for delivery notifications. Some carriers don't send notifications, so you can also check the tracking number sent by email to see the status and location of your package. If the package isn't with your neighbors and the tracking indicates it has been delivered, the carrier may have marked the package as "delivered" without finalizing the delivery. If the problem persists and your order hasn't arrived the next day, contact us by email at alsabaibrand@gmail.com. Our team will assist you immediately.

Returns

Can I return a product?

You can return an item for exchange, but you cannot return it for a refund.

How do I return a product for exchange?

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us by email at alsabaibrand@gmail.com for the return address and instructions. You can choose your preferred carrier for the return. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process the exchange request.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is very important to contact our team before returning your order. We will provide you with all the instructions and the return address. If all the steps are not followed, the package will be returned to you.

I would like to exchange a product: how do I ship it?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to create return labels at this time. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please create your return labels via DHL or Aramex.

What is the timeframe for exchanging my product?

You can exchange your order up to 5 days after the delivery date.

What happens if I can't find anything to exchange for my order?

You will receive the amount in the form of a gift card valid for one year.
