Do you offer express delivery service?

All our orders are shipped with express delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. However, delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods, such as new collection launches or sales. After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to track the delivery status.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

What happens if my package is refused or returned to sender?

It is very important to track your package with the tracking number. If you do not check the tracking, are absent during delivery, do not respond to messages or calls from the carrier, or do not pick up the package at a delivery point, it will be returned and you will have to pay for a new shipment. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided was incorrect at the time of purchase.

My package was supposed to be delivered, but I haven't received anything: what should I do?

If you haven't received your order, contact your neighbors, as packages can sometimes be left there. Check your email for delivery notifications. Some carriers don't leave notifications, so you can also check the tracking number sent by email to find out the status and location of your package. If the package isn't with your neighbors and the tracking shows it was delivered, the carrier may have marked the package as "delivered" without finalizing the delivery. Can I return a product?

You can return an item for an exchange, but you cannot return it for a refund.

How do I return a product for exchange?

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us by email at alsabaibrand@gmail.com for the return address and instructions. You can choose your preferred carrier for the return. Once the product is received, we will inspect it and process the exchange request.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. It is very important to contact our team before returning your order. We will provide you with all the instructions and the return address. If all steps are not followed, the package will be returned to you.

I want to exchange a product: how do I ship it?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to create return labels at this time. The customer is responsible for the return. Create your return labels via DHL or Aramex.

How long do I have to exchange my product?

You can exchange your order up to 5 days after the delivery date.

What happens if I can't find anything to exchange for my order?

You will receive the amount in the form of a gift card valid for one year.
